An upbeat tempo leads us in but you can’t help but notice the instant sorrow in their voices, a sorrow that is accompanied by confusion.

If you thought you were hearing recognizable lyrics, you were right. Haley & Michaels along with Richie McDonald had an actual love song in mind while writing, and that song was “Amazed“. The three tastefully incorporated the story behind one of the most classic love songs, which McDonald had originally been apart of, into their own debut.
Haley & Michaels have proven their incredible creativity and songwriting ability with this single. Although this may be a breakup song, it is apparent the two have undeniable chemistry, leaving you only wanting more from these newcomers.
