Ali Dee has exploded onto the scene as a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and television star. As if that doesn’t keep her busy enough, the girl even has her own fashion line the Ali Dee Collection.
Ali rose to fame as the star of the hit CMT reality show Texas Women and went on to become one of the only independent female country artists in history to break into the TOP 15 on the iTunes Country Chart with the release of her debut EP, Sweet Southern EP.
With the recent release of her highly anticipated new single, “Just A Broken Heart,” Ali has once again set the bar high. The single provides a fun and catchy tune, but that’s just icing on the cake to the songs all too relatable lyrics. “Just A Broken Heart” is definitely more than just another broken heart song, and offers a quirky quality that resembles Miranda Lambert and The Dixie Chicks.
Ali Dee says “Just A Broken Heart is a sarcastic look at the feelings a girl has after she has been dumped, again…and that frustration that you face when you have to go through all those emotions of sadness, anger, and generally just a screwed up state of mind thanks to another jerk. To top it all off you have to figure out how you are going to recover from it all and attempt to try love again.”
“Just A Broken Heart” was released on June 24th and is currently available HERE via iTunes.
