A second wave of categories and nominations were announced for TEEN CHOICE 2014, including new nominations for Carrie Underwood, Jake Owen and Miranda Lambert. This is in addition to nominations for each of these artists when TEEN CHOICE 2014 made their first announcement in June.
In the second wave, Jake Owen’s “Beachin‘” and Miranda Lambert’s duet with Carrie Underwood, “Somethin’ Bad,” were each nominated for Choice Country Song.
Carrie and Miranda were both previously announced as nominees in the Choice Female Country Artist category while Jake was announced as a nominee for Choice Male Country Artist.
Fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day per category for their favorite TEEN CHOICE 2014 nominees at www.teenchoiceawards.com. Voting ends at 11:59 PM PT on Saturday, Aug. 9 and TEEN CHOICE 2014 will be broadcast LIVE August 10 on FOX.
