Continuing a streak of select appearances on national television in support of his new album Peace Love and Country Music, country superstar Ronnie Dunn will appear on The Doctors tomorrow, May 7 to perform the album’s signature song, “I Wish I Still Smoked Cigarettes.” Dunn will also join GAC’s Nan Kelley this Friday, May 9 to discuss his new music during GAC’s Top 20 Country Countdown.
Released April 8 on Dunn’s own Little Will-E Records in partnership with Country Outfitter, Peace Love and Country Music is Dunn’s second album as a solo artist and first as an independent artist.
The project has earned rave reviews, with Taste of Country saying: “Dunn’s made a lot of records, so maybe it should be no surprise that he’s crafted an album with nothing to skip through. Each song stands out from the rest, yet none fail at fitting in. New artists could go to school on him, and many should.”
His latest video for “Kiss You There” has also topped Taste of Country’s Top 10 Video Countdown multiple times, with fans voting the stunning piece directed by the late Sherman Halsey into the No. 1 spot for five consecutive weeks. It has been voted to the Top 5 every week since it debuted in December.
