Ronnie Dunn has officially signed to NASH ICON RECORDS, a joint venture label between the Big Machine Label Group (BMLG) and Cumulus. The Superstar recently teased the announcement and set the rumor mill in motion via his Facebook.
“This is the best possible scenario that I can imagine. The Big Machine and Cumulus combination is a force, and I am proud to be included in this innovative venture,” shared Dunn.
The news follows Dunn’s latest adventure, joining Nash Icon Records flagship artist Reba and former Brooks & Dunn partner Kix Brooks for the REBA, BROOKS & DUNN: TOGETHER IN VEGAS residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, opening June 2015. Named Entertainer of the Year four times collectively by the ACM and CMA, Brooks & Dunn consistently remained among Country’s most popular touring acts, a testament both to their showmanship and to their status as one of the true bedrock artists of Country music. Dunn has twice been honored as the BMI Country Songwriter of the Year as well as named the Billboard Magazine’sCountry Songwriter of the Year. As a solo artist, Dunn earned two GRAMMY nominations in 2013 and will soon be heading back into the studio to record a new single, slated for release to radio in early spring.
