Rising country music singer and Pretty Little Liars actress Lucy Hale will be spending Thanksgiving Day with more than 60 million of her closest friends when she performs her latest single, “Lie A Little Better,” from New York City during the 88th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on November 27 on NBC. The perennial holiday favorite draws 3 million people each year to line the streets for the Thanksgiving Day tradition.
Just days after taking part in the Thanksgiving Day Parade, Hale will appear alongside fellow country singers Carrie Underwood, Hunter Hayes, Little Big Town, Jennifer Nettles and many more to perform as part of “CMA Country Christmas,” airing December 1 on ABC. Hale, who made her “CMA Country Christmas” debut in 2013, sings the original song “Mistletoe.”
While Hale made her mark early on as an actress, best known for her role on the hit ABC Family drama “Pretty Little Liars,” music was always her first love. The Memphis born and bred singer’s debut album, Road Between, featuring “You Sound Good To Me” and “Lie A Little Better,” was released by DMG Nashville on June 3. In 2014 Lucy has earned the distinction of being named one of CMT’s “Next Women Of Country” and was invited to make her debut on the Grand Ole Opry.
