Little Big Town will perform their new single “Day Drinking” tomorrow on NBC’s TODAY show (check local listings). The new track is available at digital retailers now HERE, via Amazon and iTunes. “Day Drinking” is the lead single of off the band’s upcoming sixth studio album, Pain Killer, set for release on Capitol Records this fall.
In addition to the performance the band will sit down with Kathie Lee and Hoda for an interview about the new track, upcoming album, and much more.
“We love them,” exclaimed Kimberly Schlapman. “Their show is so real and fun. It’ll be a good morning…a lot of laughing I’m sure. They always have a glass of wine in their hands so maybe we’ll do some day drinking with them.”
“Day Drinking,” written by Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild, Jimi Westbrook, Phillip Sweet and co-writers Barry Dean and Troy Verges, was produced by Jay Joyce and features Fairchild on lead vocals.
