Long Beach, Calif. (May 5, 2017) – The Queen Mary is thrilled to welcome ShipKicker back to the beautiful Waterfront Event Park on Saturday, July 1, 2017. The 3rd annual country music festival brings today’s top country artists to Long Beach with performances by Lee Brice, Swon Brothers, Jerrod Neimann, and the 2017 ShipKicker battle of the bands winner: James Rensink. More artists to be announced.
Lee Brice will headline the 3rd annual ShipKicker country music festival stage. Brice’s breakout track “More Than a Memory” was released in 2007 and was the first single in the history of the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart to debut at #1. His cardinal album, Love Like Crazy, took the country music scene by storm in 2009 with the title track setting a record as the longest-charting song in Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart history. Brice has had multiple chart-topping hits, gold albums, and was even honored with song of the year at both the CMA and ACM Awards for fan-favorite hit “I Drive Your Truck.” Brice will be joined by the likes of favorite country artists the Swon Brothers, Jerrod Neimann and the ShipKicker 2017 battle of the bands winner: James Rensink.
In addition to a full day of some of the greatest live music the country scene has to offer, ShipKicker concert-goers will enjoy line dancing lessons, food vendors, a beer garden, cocktails, mechanical bull rides, yard-games and more.
