Lady Antebellum‘s Dave Haywood and his wife Kelli welcomed their first child, Cash Van Haywood, into the world on Sept 7.
Cash couldn’t wait to come into the world and arrived a little earlier than originally planned, causing the new Dad and the rest of the group, to cancel their show Sunday evening at Allegan Country Fair in Michigan.
The baby boy weighed in at 7 lbs. and measures 19 inches long. “Cash is taken from Kelli’s maiden name Cashiola and Van is Dave’s father’s name,” the band’s rep shares.
The proud Dad now has a few weeks at home before their next show in the Dominican Republic on Sept 28.
