Keith Urban admires the musical talent of his fellow American Idol judges, Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr., and one thing he would like to do is collaborate with his colleagues on the show.
“The three of us have been trying to figure out a song we can do for the finale. It’s proved to be a bit challenging to find one song that works for all three of us ’cause we are very, very different musically…and vocally even,” says Keith. “So, we may put together several songs in sequence we can do. We got Randy Jackson on to that trying to figure out a game plan, but I hope we get to do that ’cause I’d really like to sing with them.”
A couple of weeks ago, we got to see Keith perform “Good Thing” from his album, Fuse, so hopefully, we’ll see a performance from the judges panel during the show’s finale next week.
