With friends and family in attendance from Arkansas, the multi-platinum selling singer/songwriter, Justin Moore, had thousands of fans on their feet and singing along to his chart-topping hits including “Lettin’ the Night Roll” and “Point at You.” A highlight of the evening came as his wife Kate looked on from the crowd of adoring fans as Justin dedicated his #1 song “Til My Last Day” to her. She stood smiling alongside Justin’s parents who also made their first trip to New York City for their son’s big night and to celebrate his 31st birthday (3/30).
During his hour-long set, Justin spoke personally to all of the New York service men and women who work hard everyday to protect the safety of others. It was especially emotional for a city that has been through so much over the past two decades and whose service people are some of the hardest working in the world. The Country crooner and military supporter dedicated “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away” to all of those who have passed in the line of duty and those who continue to serve the city and the country.
The audience, who knew all the words to his songs, were out of their seats cheering throughout his set. A humbled Justin tipped his hat and thanked them for coming out and making his dream of playing at Madison Square Garden come true.
While on the CERTIFIED PLATINUM TOUR since January, Justin has found time to write new music, which he will soon record. This summer he will embark on the CRUSHIN’ IT WORLD TOUR with Brad Paisley.
