Video Premiered Exclusively With Digital Journal (11/7)
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (November 8, 2019) – Riser House recording artist Jordan Rager released his official music video for memorable tune “Dirt In My Veins” today. The video was produced and directed by Emma Golden. The visual premiered exclusively with Digital Journal yesterday (11/7) who called the tune a “nostalgic song that is relatable to anybody that has ever left a small town.”
“The words in this song are my story. I spend most of my life away from home and I rarely ever get to see my hometown anymore,” claims Rager. “But I carry a piece of it with me everywhere I go so I never feel too far away. I feel like the music video really captures that.”
A down-home country boy in every sense of the term, Rager was born and raised in the small rural community of Loganville, Georgia, which lies just 30 miles west of Atlanta (also the home base for Tyler Hubbard and Jon Langston.) He’s the son of a preacher, and his early days of singing in church instilled in him a great sense of worship and unwavering passion for performing. After signing with Riser House in 2018, Rager got to work releasing music and establishing his sound in the country music landscape.
Recently, Rager’s earned support spots for Kane Brown, Old Dominion, Justin Moore, Trace Adkins, Randy Houser, Jon Langston, Rodney Atkins and many more. Nationwide performances have helped send his stream count well past 52 million. Rager is due to release his upcoming project in early 2020.
