Multiple GRAMMY-nominee and now GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® record-holder Hunter Hayes teamed up with ConAgra Foods to end child hunger and celebrate the release of his brand-new album Storyline this week by breaking the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® record for Most Concerts Played in multiple cities in 24 hours. Hunter played 10 shows in 10 cities in 24 hours and broke the Flaming Lips world record of eight shows in 24 hours. The “24 Hour Road Race to End Child Hunger,” brought to you in part by ConAgra Foods’ Child Hunger Ends Here program, kicked off Friday, May 9 on Good Morning America (GMA) on ABC in Times Square and took off hitting Boston, Worcester, Mass., Providence, R.I., New London, Conn., New Haven, Conn., Stamford, Conn., South Orange, N.J., Asbury Park, N.J. and finally culminating with an exciting finale in Philadelphia.

Support acts that helped keep the momentum going included breakout country duo Dan + Shay, critically-acclaimed newcomer Charlie Worsham, up-and-coming country band The Railers, and singer/songwriters Dean Alexander and Matt Sucich, with the official music playlist powered by “The Country Club with Dee Jay Silver.”
The “24 Hour Road Race to End Child Hunger” was presented in part by TUDOR Watch U.S.A., Martin Guitar, Mercedes-Benz USA, Samsung Galaxy®, Procter & Gamble, Glympse, Stop & Shop Supermarket Company and was produced and promoted by AEG Live & The Messina Group (TMG). Throughout the race, Hunter wore a TUDOR Heritage Chrono timepiece and upon conclusion, this special timepiece engraved with the official race logo will be auctioned on eBay from Saturday, May 10 through Saturday, May 17 to raise money for Feeding America, the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity. TUDOR was the Official Timekeeper, Mercedes-Benz USA was the official car and Samsung Galaxy® was the official device and content partner of the “24 Hour Road Race.” The new Samsung Galaxy S® 5 was used throughout the tour to capture exclusive real-time photos and videos of the concerts and road trip and was published in real time via social media using the hashtag #HHRecordWeek.
Hunter will wrap up his “We’re Not Invisible Tour,” presented in part by ConAgra Foods’ Child Hunger Ends Here program, at the end of this month (dates and cities listed below). Featuring special guests Danielle Bradbery from NBC’s Emmy award-winning show The Voice and Warner Bros. Records new country duo, Dan + Shay, the “We’re Not Invisible Tour” comes on the heels of Hunter’s sold-out “CMT On Tour: Let’s Be Crazy Tour” which wrapped this past December to sold-out crowds and much critical acclaim.
