Got Country Exclusive Premiere:
Gabrielle Mooney Gives Fans a Taste of Home with New Lyric Video
With her latest single “Come On In”, Gabrielle Mooney takes her listeners on a trip to her hometown of Natural Dam, Arkansas painting a picture with sincere and thoughtful lyrics of growing up. Now, she’s giving the song a new light with her brand new lyric video taking viewers on a drive around the back roads she will always call home.
The ambitious blonde has long been an integral name in the country music genre, pulling her weight in killer songwriting sessions and releasing her own original music under the name Lyrx. Since moving to Music City to pursue her dreams after encouragement from her brother Shay, one half of the successful duo Dan + Shay, Gabrielle has worked alongside Award-winning writers including Grammy Award winner Shane McAnally and Walker Hayes to co-write Walker’s 2018 hit single “90’s Country.” Now, she is embracing her roots and giving fans a more personal look at who she really is.
“I’m proud that I’m debuting this special song with my given name, Gabrielle. This song embodies my family & how I grew up. Farm chores at the crack of dawn. 3 tv channels but only if you got the antenna JUST RIGHT. I see how special my upbringing is and it has given me a different view on life.“
