Warner Bros. Records’ Frankie Ballard is racking up career milestones with his first #1 smash “Helluva Life” garnering his first GOLD record, which has been certified by the RIAA for sales exceeding 500,000. The singer-guitarist continues the hot streak with follow-up anthem “Sunshine & Whiskey” catapulting into the Top 40 on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart in only four weeks, marking his fastest rising single to date.
Both songs are featured on Ballard’s new album SUNSHINE & WHISKEY, which debuted in the Top 5 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart. Produced by Marshall Altman (Mark Broussard), the project captures the newcomer’s unique blend of blues-infused, country rock and his undeniable guitar prowess on every song.
Currently, the Battle Creek, Michigan native is playing headline shows nationwide and will join Jake Owen’s “Days of Gold” Tour for select dates this summer. His energetic live set has caught the eye of many superstars, including Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift and longtime idol Bob Seger, who previously tapped him as an opener. This June, the talented artist will take the stage at the annual CMA Music Festival in Nashville, TN.
