Marking another epic pairing during the Georgia-Florida rival game weekend, Florida Georgia Line teamed up with event sponsor Coors Light Friday night (10/31) for the ANYTHING GOES TAILGATE 2014 produced by Orange Peel Entertainment and AEG Live at the Shipyards in Jacksonville, FL. The superstar duo – who invited pals Cole Swindell and The Cadillac Three, among others to amp up the excitement – brought their high-octane show to over 16,000 football and music fans alike. In addition to treats from tailgate sponsors Allstate Insurance, My Country Nation, Keurig, Your Southern Chevy Dealers, Monster Energy Drink, Vita Coco and Costa Sunglasses, the crowd received an exclusive t-shirt along with a digital copy of FGL’s chart-topping sophomore album ANYTHING GOES (Republic Nashville), which dominates the #1 spot on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart for a second consecutive week. CBS Sports also partnered with FGL for its SEC ON CBS broadcasts, featuring a customized version of FGL’s “That’s What’s Up” along with visual elements as part of CBS Sports’ national coverage throughout the season.
The reigning CMA Vocal Duo of the Year will celebrate the 48th Annual CMA Awards with two special performances on ABC next week. FGL will take the stage during Country Music’s Biggest Night® with their PLATINUM-certified #1 “Dirt” before heading over to the CMA Theater in the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville to perform their sizzling new single “Sun Daze” on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The special late night appearance will air on ABC at 11:35|10:35c via hologram to Hollywood, CA as if live on Kimmel’s outdoor stage for his studio audience.
Just off the road as direct support on Jason Aldean‘s BURN IT DOWN TOUR, FGL will take their signature show worldwide on the headline ANYTHING GOES TOUR 2015.
The duo has also been tapped to perform on WWE’s Tribute To The Troops on December 9 and to host the first-ever American Country Countdown Awards on December 15, airing live on FOX.
