Jagermeister, the 7th largest premium spirits brand in the world and #1 selling imported liqueur in the United States, is proud to announce Jagermeister’s Ultimate Summer of Music, the brand’s largest music initiative to date. While the iconic brand has a deeply rooted history in music, this is the first time Jagermeister will sponsor three separate acts on three nationwide tours headlined by Fall Out Boy, Eli Young Band, and Paul Oakenfold.
Jagermeister’s Ultimate Summer of Music kicks off on May 16th and includes over 30 concerts nationwide through September. “Jagermeister has been supporting musicians of all genres for more than 20 years,” said Cliff Rigano, Director of Music Marketing for Jagermeister at Sidney Frank Importing Company, Inc. “We’ve always prided ourselves on working with some of the most well respected acts in the industry but we have yet to bring 3 top acts from 3 different genres together. Each of these artists consistently deliver legendary, high-energy shows that we know our diverse consumer set will love. Simply put: Jagermeister makes music sound better.”
This year marks the first time the brand has taken a multi-genre approach to the tour, signing on some of the most successful musical acts in the industry. From an industry legend like Paul Oakenfold to Eli Young Band, whose latest album and three singles have topped the country charts, to Fall Out Boy, whose latest album, Save Rock and Roll, continues to top the charts, Jagermeister is bringing the best of three music genres to fans this summer. As an added bonus, country artist Rick Monroe and comic Jim Florentine will emcee select dates.
“Since we’ve been known to take shots on stage, we thought, Jager and EYB is a no brainer,” said Mike Eli, lead singer of Eli Young Band. “Count us in!”
By downloading and using Jagermeister’s new mobile app, Jagerbonds, fans can get access to free music downloads from each of the artists, and can also enter to win a VIP experience at the show of their choice from May 1st through August. Those attending the shows can also capture their night out by using the app, which transforms images and videos from multiple users’ social media posts into a video highlight reel of a group’s night out. The video reel is set to songs from the artists featured in the Ultimate Summer of Music tour lineup, so fans can relive and share the legendary night long after the show.
