Chase Rice surprised fans Monday morning with a brand new single, “Drinkin’ Beer. Talkin’ God. Amen.” The track reunites Rice with buddies Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line. FGL shot to stardom thanks their breakout hit “Cruise” that was released in 2012. Rice was a co-writer and it helped put him on the map as well. Eight years later, the three are back at it again with “Drinkin’ Beer. Talkin’ God. Amen.”
The song was written by Rice, Cale Dodds, Hunter Phelps, and powerhouse writer/producer Corey Crowder. Dodds & Phelps toured with Rice in 2019 which gave them a great opportunity to sit down and write. Thankfully for us, we now have an incredible song that is surely going to be Rice’s next number 1. It hit radio this week and was the number one most added song, as well as Rice’s biggest add ever.

“Sittin’ Here. Drinkin’ Beer. Amen.” talks about finding God in the daily moments of our lives. Seeing the beauty in the things we may take advantage of.
