Chase Rice has built his career with high-energy live shows, drawing crowds of thousands every night and growing a diehard fan-base across the nation. With the impending release of his new studio album Ignite the Night on Tuesday, August 19, Rice is moving full-steam ahead with the launch of his Ignite the Night Tour, which will kick off in Denver, Colo. on September 5. A pre-sale for the tour will begin August 13 at www.ChaseRice.com, with tickets officially on sale Friday, August 15.
Up-and-coming country music group Old Dominion and singer-songwriter Michael Ray will join Rice as supporting acts for select dates on the tour. Rice also teamed up with Snagajob on its Hourly Gig contest to give aspiring musicians the chance to perform as his opening act at the tour’s inaugural show. A winner for the contest will be announced August 29.

Ignite the Night will be released August 19 on Columbia Nashville/Dack Janiels Records. The 15-track compilation was produced by Chris DeStefano and features 12 songs that were co-written by Rice, including the Gold-certified, Top 15-and-climbing lead single “Ready Set Roll.” To celebrate the album’s release, which also coincides with his late father’s birthday, Rice will be performing at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City on Monday, August 18. Proceeds from the show will be donated to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s® “Light The Night” initiative.
