Fans flocked to Social Media hoping the news of their divorce was false like all the other rumors before! The rumors this couple has endured, consisted fodder of “problems in the marriage” and “false pregnancy” for a good majority of their time together, yet always took to Social Media firing back with laughs and a few come backs. Fans were stunned today to learn that indeed the rumors were true this time.
The rumors that haunted the couple have not stopped now that the divorce was announced either! Rumors that Blake Shelton & Miranda Lambert have been in counseling for 2 years and as recently, on a trial separation are not the only rumors abound on the tabloid sites! It’s being reported that Blake filed 2 weeks ago after having suspicions for a few years, that his wife had cheated on him not once, but twice during their marriage. One with a fellow Country Singer and the other, who is believed to be the catalyst for the Divorce Petition, not in the music business. The divorce was actually signed on Monday when the couple released their statement. So, this fairy tale romance that started nearly ten years ago came to an end! An amicable end seeing the couple had a Prenup in place!
This fairy tale started when the 2 performed a duet for a CMT taping that started the fairy tale back in 2006. Blake gushed about singing with Miranda, that he had fallen for the blonde blue eyed Texan right there on stage! They started to date after Blake divorced his 1st wife, a point they made when rumors fled that the romance between the 2 broke his marriage up. He proposed in 2010 and the couple married a year later. The pretty open couple always tried to keep their very personal, very intimate life as private as possible, but in 2011, footage into that private life surfaced in Blake’s “God Gave Me You” video of Miranda looking into the camera 36 hours before they wed saying,
