Warner Music Nashville recording artist and critically- acclaimed singer/songwriter Ashley Monroe announced today that she will perform in Nashville on Thursday, June 5 at 3rd and Lindsley at 5PM CT, with special guests Striking Matches. To purchase tickets click HERE.
“I can’t wait to welcome country music fans to Nashville,” says Monroe. “I want to thank them for all of their support in making my debut solo album, Like A Rose, a success over the past year. They’ve allowed me to live out my dreams from coast to coast. We’ll preview some new music, play some old favorites and have us a big party!”
Monroe is currently in the studio recording new songs for her forthcoming album, which will once again be produced by 20-time GRAMMY award-winner Vince Gill and Justin Niebank.
Tonight, Ashley will perform with Vince at his annual Vince Gill & Friends “Jammin’ to Beat the Blues” benefit at the historic Ryman Auditorium.
Monroe will be joined by the duo Striking Matches for performances at The Birchmere in D.C. on April 13 and Joe’s Pub in NYC on April 14.
In addition, Ashley has penned many songs that have been featured in ABC’s hit TV drama series “Nashville.” She will star in the one hour show “Nashville: On The Record,” airing on April 23 at 10PM ET on ABC.
